Washington, D.C. – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) announced the winner of the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for North Dakota this week: Adelina Estrada, a student at Grand Forks Central High School. Her artwork, titled "Meruem," was selected by a panel of local judges who evaluated submissions based on creativity, originality, and technical skill.
