Health

Every North Dakotan should have access to affordable, high-quality health care, including those living in rural areas. Growing up in North Dakota, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges families face, from traveling long distances to access care to dealing with the rising costs of health care services.

I believe in patient-centered solutions that lower costs, expand access, improve outcomes and strengthen rural health care systems by slashing government bureaucracy. Health care decisions should be made by doctors and patients in North Dakota, not in Washington, D.C. We need to empower families to live the life they wish, in the communities they choose, by supporting our Critical Access Hospitals, Community Health Centers, and emergency medical services. I am committed to advancing policies that preserve freedom, improve access, and helps rural communities keep the healthcare services they need to thrive.
