Bismarck, ND — Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) has officially visited all 53 counties in North Dakota, marking a milestone in her commitment to meet with constituents, listen to their concerns, and bring their priorities to Washington.
Bismarck, ND – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) applauded the announcement of the $8 billion Harvest Fuel Relief Program to help North Dakota farmers manage rising input costs, including diesel, during harvest season. Funded through the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), the program will provide one-time payments to eligible producers for the 2026 crop year.
About Julie
Julie Fedorchak is a fourth-generation North Dakotan who has spent three decades in business and public service fighting for the state she calls home. As a freshman member of Congress, she secured a seat on the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee, where she has become a leading voice for reliable, affordable American energy.
Before coming to Congress, Julie served 12 years on the North Dakota Public Service Commission. She helped keep utility costs among the lowest in the nation, permitted more than $15 billion in energy infrastructure, and rose to president of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners.
Julie and her husband, Mike, a Navy veteran, live in Mandan and have three grown children.
