Bismarck, N.D. – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-N.D.) returned this week from a bipartisan congressional delegation visit to Israel, where she met with Israeli leaders, defense officials, and citizens to gain firsthand understanding of the country’s security challenges, historical significance, and partnership with the United States.

Grand Forks, ND – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) today joined U.S. Secretary of Energy Chris Wright, Senator John Hoeven, and Governor Kelly Armstrong at the University of North Dakota’s Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) to discuss marrying North Dakota’s coal industry with the oil and gas sector through the use of CO2 for enhanced oil recovery.

Bismarck, ND – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) today announced staff changes in her Washington, D.C. and Fargo offices. Sadie Hanson, a Grand Forks native who has served as Staff Assistant in the D.C. office since January, is returning to North Dakota to become the Community Relations Representative based in Fargo. Replacing her in Washington is Zoe McKinven of Harvey, a recent North Dakota State University graduate who interned in the D.C.

Washington, D.C. – At an Energy Subcommittee hearing on pipeline safety policy, Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak (R-ND) called for faster training programs for state pipeline inspectors and the revival of key pipeline safety demonstration programs at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA). Her questioning highlighted delays and bureaucratic hurdles at the federal level that are putting public safety and energy reliability at risk.
