Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak welcomes Cassie Bowers as Director of State Operations and Community Relations

Bismarck, ND – Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak announced today that Cassie Bowers has joined her team as Director of State Operations and Community Relations, bringing more than three decades of experience in business, real estate, and civic leadership to the role. 

“Cassie is deeply rooted in North Dakota and brings a wonderful depth of experience and passion for our state to this position,” Fedorchak said. “She’s spent her career building strong relationships, solving problems, and serving her community. Cassie shares my commitment to responsiveness and making government more accountable to our people. I‘m thrilled to have her on our team.”  

A lifelong North Dakotan, Bowers has served the Bismarck-Mandan region in a variety of leadership roles across real estate development, finance, higher education, and community service. She most recently served as Director of Development for the University of North Dakota's Nistler College of Business and Public Administration. 

“North Dakota has always been home, and I'm proud to bring my extensive experience to Congresswoman Julie Fedorchak's team,” Bowers said. “As a proud mother of three grown children—Braden, Braxton, and Dezirae—family values remain at the heart of everything I do. Bowers is active in several local and statewide organizations, including the North Dakota Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors Local Issues Committee, and the UND Women in Leadership Program Advisory Board. A graduate of Leadership North Dakota, she has held her North Dakota Real Estate License since 2011 and has completed advanced CCIM coursework in commercial real estate.
